Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will receive a refund of any amount paid, less the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the total booking value.
Cancellations made 14 days or less, including no-shows or early departures, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–30 business days, less any bank charges or transaction fees.
Any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, airlines, parks, or other third-party suppliers will be passed on to the client.
Amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen travel disruptions.
