Stay in carefully selected mid-range lodges and tented camps in Amboseli, Chyulu Hills and Tsavo. Properties offer comfortable rooms or tents with proper beds, private bathrooms, hot showers and electricity. Enjoy quality meals and excellent service while staying close to wildlife areas and conservation sites. Accommodation is selected for comfort, convenience and good value, providing a relaxing base between early morning and afternoon game drives.

Special Requirements:

A valid passport or identification document is required. Guests should advise Wookar Adventures in advance of any dietary, medical or mobility requirements. Recommended items include comfortable clothing, sturdy walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars and a camera with spare batteries and memory cards. Guests should follow the guide’s safety instructions and respect wildlife, local communities and conservation guidelines.

Booking Information

Booking Terms

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation to secure accommodation, park arrangements and safari logistics. The remaining 70% balance is payable before the safari start date. A secure credit-card payment link is available upon request. Bookings are subject to availability, and rates are only guaranteed once the required deposit has been received and the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of accommodation providers, parks and other suppliers. Any non-refundable charges or penalties will be deducted from the refundable amount. Cancellations made close to the safari start date may attract higher fees. No refunds are provided for unused services after the safari has commenced. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
