Overview

Get a chance to visit one of the world’s famous Serengeti National Park whereby there is the largest population of wildlife, more than millions of wildebeest and Zebras migrating from place to place in a regular pattern on their pursuit for food. On this program, you will visit the western Serengeti where the great migrating herds attempt to cross the Grumeti river while the hungry crocodiles wait for their meal. BOOKING TERMS – JEMA SAFARIS

  • All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by Jema Safaris.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Full payment must be received before the commencement of the safari unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All rates are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to the inclusions and exclusions specified in the safari itinerary or quotation.

  • Any additional services, activities, or expenses not included in the confirmed itinerary will be charged separately.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required health documentation.

  • Jema Safaris reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary adjustments when necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, wildlife movements, park regulations, or other circumstances beyond its control.

  • Special requests, including dietary requirements and accommodation preferences, should be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY – JEMA SAFARIS

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking or an authorized representative.

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the date of cancellation, the services booked, and the cancellation terms of accommodation providers, airlines, and other third-party suppliers.

  • Any non-refundable deposits or supplier charges will be deducted from the amount refundable to the client.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after confirmation of the cancellation and calculation of any applicable charges.

  • No-shows, late arrivals, or failure to use confirmed services may result in forfeiture of the relevant payments.

  • Amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

  • Jema Safaris will make reasonable efforts to assist clients affected by unforeseen circumstances, subject to supplier terms and applicable regulations.

  • We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
