A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the safari begins.

Guests must provide accurate passport details and travel information before arrival.
Alute Safaris reserves the right to amend itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or park regulations while ensuring the best possible experience.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus bank transfer fees.
15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
Refunds for unused services during the trip cannot be provided.
