The tour includes three nights of accommodation. Spend the first night at Arusha Coffee Lodge in Arusha on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Nights two and three are at Bougainvillea Safari Lodge in Karatu on a full-board basis. Karatu provides convenient access to both Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. No accommodation is included after the final game drive, but an additional night in Arusha can be arranged upon request.
Special Requirements:
Families traveling with children should provide their ages when booking so suitable room and vehicle arrangements can be confirmed. Please share your arrival and departure details, dietary restrictions, allergies, mobility needs, or medical conditions in advance. Travelers should carry valid passports, required visas, and appropriate travel insurance. Comfortable clothing, closed shoes, sun protection, insect repellent, and a light jacket for cooler mornings are recommended.
Booking Information
Booking Terms
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.
The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged.
Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
