Booking Information
Booking Terms
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm your safari booking.
• The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Africa’s Wild Wonders.
• All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Any changes requested after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.
• Valid passports and required travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler.
Cancellation Policy
• 45+ days before arrival: deposit (25%) is non-refundable, but booking may be postponed to new travel dates subject to supplier availability.
• 30–44 days before arrival: 50% of total cost applies, with the option to postpone in line with accommodation policies.
• 15–29 days before arrival: 75% of total cost applies; postponement may be possible depending on lodge terms.
• Less than 14 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee applies.
• Final payment is due 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival.
• Any non-refundable lodge, park fees, or third-party costs will always be charged as per supplier policies.
• We always aim to support postponements where possible to help protect your investment.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
