Configuring Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive and how they are delivered.

Notification Settings

Go to Settings → Notifications in your operator dashboard to configure your notification preferences.

Available Notifications

You can control notifications for:

  • New inquiries — When a traveler submits an inquiry
  • Quote responses — When a traveler accepts or declines a quote
  • New reviews — When a customer leaves a review
  • Team changes — When team members join or leave
  • Billing — Payment receipts and subscription changes

Notification Channels

Notifications can be received via email and in-app notifications. Configure each notification type individually to match your preferences.

Resetting to Defaults

Click "Reset to Defaults" to restore all notification preferences to their original settings.
