Tracking Your Inquiries
After submitting an inquiry, you receive an email with a magic link to track its status. Click the link to see updates, operator responses, and any quotes you have received.
Inquiry Statuses
Your inquiry can have the following statuses:
- Submitted — Your inquiry has been sent to the operator
- In Progress — The operator is reviewing your request
- Quote Received — The operator has sent you a detailed quote
- Completed — The booking has been arranged
Viewing Quotes
When an operator sends you a quote, you can view the full details including itinerary, pricing, inclusions, and terms. You can accept or decline quotes directly from the quote page.
Creating an Account
While you can track inquiries via magic links, creating an account lets you view all your inquiries in one place, save favorite tours, and manage your conversations more easily.
