The Approval Process
Before your tours become visible to travelers, your company must be reviewed and approved by our team. This process ensures quality and trust across the platform.
What We Review
- Company information — Business name, description, and contact details must be complete and accurate
- Business documents — Valid tourism licenses, business registration, or other official documentation
- Profile completeness — Logo, description, and operating countries should be filled in
How to Submit for Review
Once you have completed your profile and uploaded your documents, click the "Submit for Review" button on your dashboard. You will see a confirmation message once your submission is received.
Review Timeline
Our team typically reviews submissions within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your company has been approved or if we need additional information.
If Your Application Needs Changes
If we need more information or changes to your profile, we will notify you via email with specific instructions. Simply make the requested changes and resubmit for review.
After Approval
Once approved, your company profile becomes visible to travelers and you can start receiving inquiries. You can also create and publish tour listings immediately.
