Email Notifications

Explola sends email notifications to keep you informed about important activity. Operators receive notifications about new inquiries, reviews, and account updates. Travelers receive notifications about inquiry responses and quotes.

Types of Notifications

  • Inquiry notifications — New inquiries, responses, and status changes
  • Review notifications — New reviews, review requests, and moderation updates
  • Account notifications — Password changes, team invitations, and billing updates
  • Quote notifications — New quotes received, quote status changes

Magic links are secure, one-click links sent via email that let travelers access their inquiry tracking page without needing a password or account. Each link is unique and tied to a specific inquiry.

  1. A traveler submits an inquiry with their email address
  2. They receive an email with a magic link
  3. Clicking the link takes them directly to their inquiry page
  4. No password or account creation required

Magic links are valid for a limited time for security purposes. If your link has expired, you can request a new one by entering your email on the inquiry tracking page.

Email Not Arriving?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Add Explola to your email contacts
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address when submitting your inquiry
  • Wait a few minutes — some email providers have slight delays
  • Contact support if you still do not receive the email

Managing Notification Preferences

Operators can customize which notifications they receive from their Account Settings → Notifications page. You can enable or disable specific notification types while keeping others active.
