Booking Information

Booking Terms

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm the safari booking..

  • The remaining 70% balance must be paid before the safari departure date, as agreed at the time of booking.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and confirmation issued by Wookar Adventures Ltd.

  • All bookings are subject to availability of accommodation, safari vehicles, flights and other services at the time of confirmation.

  • Accommodation is based on the properties and meal plans specified in the confirmed itinerary. Any requested changes may result in additional charges.

  • Park entrance, conservation and government fees are based on prevailing rates and may be subject to change.

  • Optional activities, including the Serengeti hot-air balloon safari, are not included unless specifically stated in the confirmed package.

  • Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance and any required health or travel documentation.

  • Safari schedules may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, park regulations or other circumstances beyond our control, while maintaining the overall safari experience.

  • Wildlife sightings are natural experiences and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Any additional costs arising from itinerary changes requested by the client will be charged accordingly.

  • Cancellation and refund conditions will apply according to the booking agreement and the cancellation policies of the accommodation providers and service partners.

  • Wookar Adventures Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary adjustments when necessary for safety, operational or logistical reasons.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Wookar Adventures Ltd.

  • 60 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total booking cost may be retained for administration and confirmed supplier charges.

  • 30–59 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking cost may be retained.

  • 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking cost may be retained.

  • 7–14 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking cost may be retained.

  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total booking cost is non-refundable.

  • Any non-refundable accommodation, park fees, permits, flights or activity charges imposed by suppliers will be deducted from any applicable refund.

  • Once the safari has commenced, no refund will be provided for unused accommodation, meals, activities, transfers or other services resulting from early departure or itinerary changes requested by the client.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, delays and lost luggage.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after Wookar Adventures Ltd receives the relevant refunds or credits from suppliers.
