Arrival and departure flight details should be shared at least 72 hours before arrival to facilitate airport transfers.
Guests are responsible for complying with all Tanzania immigration, customs, and entry regulations.
Any special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Booking Information
Booking Terms
Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a detailed confirmation email outlining the agreed itinerary between you and Sundown Expeditions.
A booking becomes confirmed once a minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost has been received.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the commencement of the tour.
For flight reservations, full payment is required before ticket issuance.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and mobile money platforms including Direct Pay Online, M-Pesa, and Airtel Money.
Cancellation Policy
45 days or more before the tour: 100% refund of the deposit.
30–44 days before the tour: 50% refund of the deposit.
15–29 days before the tour: 75% of the deposited amount is forfeited.
14 days or less before the tour: Full deposit is forfeited.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of serious illness or unforeseen emergencies and will be assessed individually.
