Accommodation is provided in comfortable mountain camping tents at designated campsites along the Chogoria Route. Guests sleep in weather-resistant tents with sleeping mats, while the mountain crew handles campsite setup and support. Campsites are selected based on the hiking itinerary and altitude. Basic shared mountain toilets are available, and guests are advised to carry suitable personal sleeping bags and warm clothing for the cold high-altitude nights.
Special Requirements:
Participants should be physically prepared for multi-day high-altitude trekking and carry suitable hiking boots, warm clothing, waterproof gear, personal sleeping bags, water bottles, sunscreen and other essential personal items. A valid identification document is required for park registration. Participants should inform Wookar Adventures in advance of any dietary requirements, allergies or special assistance needs.
Booking Information
Booking Terms
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking to secure accommodation, park arrangements, mountain crew and logistics. The remaining balance is payable before departure. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of all services. Participants must provide accurate personal details and disclose any relevant hiking experience or requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. The 30% deposit is generally non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed, as it is used to secure accommodation, park arrangements, mountain crew and other logistics. Any applicable refunds will depend on supplier terms and cancellation charges. Changes or cancellations close to departure may attract additional charges.
