The tour includes five nights of high-end accommodation: one night at Arusha Coffee Lodge, two nights at The Manor at Ngorongoro, and two nights at Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti. These properties provide comfortable bases in Arusha, near Ngorongoro, and inside Serengeti National Park.

Special Requirements:

Please provide arrival and departure details, dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, mobility needs, or other requests when booking. Bring comfortable clothing, closed shoes, warm layers, sun protection, and insect repellent. Great Migration sightings depend on the season, rainfall, and herd movements. Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents and suitable travel insurance.

THE TERMS OF CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.

The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged.
Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
