Special Requirements:

1. Travel Documents

A passport valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry into Tanzania.
A valid Tanzania visa (if required for your nationality).
A copy of your travel insurance policy (highly recommended).
Flight tickets and your safari confirmation documents.

2. Vaccinations & Health

Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate is required only if you are arriving from or have recently transited through a country with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission.
Ensure your routine vaccinations are up to date (such as Tetanus, Hepatitis A, and Typhoid, based on your doctor's advice).
Consult your healthcare provider about malaria prevention medication, as malaria is present in many parts of Tanzania.
Bring any personal prescription medications you may need during your trip.

3. Physical Fitness

Our safari does not require a high level of physical fitness. However, you should be in good general health and able to:

Get in and out of a 4x4 safari vehicle comfortably.
Sit for extended game drives.
Walk short distances around lodges or camps.
Participate in optional activities if included in your itinerary.

4. Recommended Personal Items

Comfortable lightweight clothing in neutral colors.
A warm jacket or fleece for early morning and evening game drives.
Comfortable walking shoes.
Sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
Insect repellent.
Camera and binoculars.
Reusable water bottle.
Power bank and charging cables.

Booking Information

Booking Terms

Reservation: To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour departure date.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

Confirmation: Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund of the deposit.
15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Cancellation by Natalia Safari Tours: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
