Comfortable mid-range lodges and tented camps with private en-suite bathrooms, hot showers, quality meals, and convenient access to Tanzania's top safari destinations.

Special Requirements:

  • Health: A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required for entry into Tanzania if traveling from an endemic country.

  • Malaria prophylaxis is highly recommended.

  • Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal baggage is mandatory for all guests.

  • Passports & Visas: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended departure date and have at least two blank pages. Visas can be obtained online (e-Visa) or upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport.

Booking Information

Booking Terms

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure park fees, accommodations, and vehicle allocation. The remaining balance of 70% is due no later than 45 days prior to the safari departure date. For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required immediately. Payments can be made via bank wire transfer or secure online credit card payment.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply based on the number of days prior to departure that the notification is received:

  • 61+ days before departure: Loss of the 30% non-refundable deposit.

  • 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is retained.

  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost is retained.

  • Less than 15 days before departure (or no-show): 100% of the total tour cost is retained.
