The tour includes two nights of high-end accommodation. Spend the first night at Gran Meliá Arusha on a bed-and-breakfast basis, followed by one night at The Manor at Ngorongoro on an all-inclusive basis. These accommodations provide comfortable bases before the safari and near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Please provide your arrival and departure details, dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, mobility needs, or other special requests when booking. Bring comfortable clothing, closed shoes, sun protection, insect repellent, and a warm layer for the cooler Ngorongoro highlands. Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, required visas, and suitable travel insurance.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.

The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.

  • Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
