Accommodation will be in comfortable, clean and well-located budget lodges or tented camps near the Masai Mara. Rooms offer proper beds, private bathrooms with hot showers, mosquito nets, electricity and essential amenities. Guests will enjoy full-board meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Accommodation is based on double/twin sharing, with single rooms available at an additional cost. Lodges provide a relaxed safari atmosphere close to wildlife areas.

  • Guests should share any dietary requirements, allergies, medical considerations, or special requests at the time of booking.

  • Comfortable clothing and closed walking shoes are recommended.

  • Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, insect repellent and a light jacket.

  • Guests should respect Maasai customs, traditions and photography guidelines.

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm the safari booking.

  • 40% is payable 90 days before travel.

  • The remaining 30% is payable 60 days before travel.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability of accommodation and safari services.

  • All payments must be made through the payment methods provided by Wookar Adventures.

  • A credit card payment option can be provided upon request.

  • Guests are advised to provide accurate passport/travel details when making the booking.

  • Cancellation 60 days or more before travel: deposit may be refundable, less any non-refundable supplier charges.

  • Cancellation 30–59 days before travel: 50% of the total safari cost may be retained.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before travel: 100% of the safari cost may be retained.

  • No refunds for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.

  • Cancellation terms are subject to the policies of accommodation and other suppliers.
