Passports & Visas: 6-month validity remaining + 2 blank pages. E-visas must be applied for in advance.
Luggage Limit: Max 15 kg (33 lbs) per person in soft-sided duffel bags only (no hard suitcases due to 4x4 vehicle space).
Guaranteed Window Seats: Max 6 to 7 guests per vehicle for optimal views and pop-up roof access.
Dietary Needs: Veg, vegan, gluten-free, or allergies must be submitted at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Health & Safety: Travel insurance with emergency medical evacuation is required. Yellow Fever card required if arriving from endemic zones.
Advance Booking: Full guest passport details needed 30 days prior to secure mandatory national park entry permits.

Group Member Cancellations & Ratios Because group pricing is calculated based on vehicle capacity, room sharing, and shared operational costs:
Partial Group Cancellations: If individual members cancel, the overall group package price per remaining person may be recalculated and adjusted to cover fixed vehicle and guide costs.
Individual Cancellation Charges:
60+ days prior: Deposit retained (or transferable to a replacement traveler).
59 – 31 days prior: 50% of total individual cost retained.
30 – 0 days prior / No-show: 100% of total individual cost retained.
Full Group Cancellation: If the entire group cancels, the individual cancellation schedule applies to all members based on the date written notice is received.
