Accommodation includes a hotel stay in Arusha before the trek and basic mountain hut accommodation on Mount Meru. Guests stay at Miriakamba Hut and Saddle Hut, which provide simple lodging and shared facilities inside Arusha National Park.
Exigences particulières :
Participants should be in good physical condition and prepared for steep terrain, high altitude, cold temperatures, and a long summit day. Proper hiking boots, warm layers, rain protection, gloves, headwear, and suitable trekking gear are essential. Guests should inform the operator in advance of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.
The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.

Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged.
