1. Travel Documents
A passport valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry into Tanzania.
A valid Tanzania visa (if required for your nationality).
A copy of your travel insurance policy (highly recommended).
Flight tickets and your safari confirmation documents.
2. Vaccinations & Health
A Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate is required only if you are arriving from, or have recently transited through, a country at risk of Yellow Fever transmission.
Ensure your routine vaccinations are up to date (such as Tetanus, Hepatitis A, and Typhoid, based on your doctor's advice).
Consult your healthcare provider about malaria prevention medication, as malaria is present in many parts of Tanzania.
Bring any personal prescription medications you may need during your trip.
3. Physical Fitness
Our safari does not require a high level of physical fitness. However, you should be in good general health and able to:
Get in and out of a 4x4 safari vehicle comfortably.
Sit for extended game drives.
Walk short distances around lodges or camps.
Participate in optional activities if included in your itinerary.
4. Recommended Personal Items
Comfortable lightweight clothing in neutral colors.
A warm jacket or fleece for early morning and evening game drives.
Comfortable walking shoes.
Sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
Insect repellent.
Camera and binoculars.
Reusable water bottle.

Terms and Policies for Natalia Safari Tours

Welcome to Natalia Safari Tours! We are committed to providing you with an unforgettable safari experience. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Booking and Payment:
Reservation: To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour departure date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
Confirmation: Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund of the deposit.
15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Cancellation by Natalia Safari Tours: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Tour Changes
Itinerary Changes: We strive to adhere to the planned itinerary; however, we reserve the right to make changes due to weather conditions, wildlife movements, or other factors beyond our control.
Customer Requests: Any changes requested by the customer after booking may incur additional fees.
Liability
Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour. We recommend obtaining travel insurance.
Limitation of Liability: Natalia Safari Tours is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence.
Code of Conduct
Respect for Wildlife: Guests are expected to respect wildlife and follow the guidelines provided by our guides.
Behavior: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Privacy Policy
