Cancellation Policy

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will receive a refund of any amount paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made 30–59 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the total booking value.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or less, including no-shows or early departures, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–30 business days, less any bank charges or transaction fees.

  • Any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, airlines, parks, or other third-party suppliers will be passed on to the client.

  • Amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
