  • Arrival and departure flight details should be shared at least 72 hours before arrival to facilitate airport transfers.

  • Guests are responsible for complying with all Tanzania immigration, customs, and entry regulations.

40% Deposit of the Total Safari Costs, to secure and booking this Amazing in a lifetime Tanzanian wildlife Adventure Safari.   

The remaining balance to be paid according to your preferences, either by card 7 days before your Arrival to Tanzania or by Cash Up-on Arrival.  

  • Please note that payments made by card are subject to 4.5% transaction fee. We kindly request that, you add this percent to ensure we receive the full intended amount.   

  • This will help us maintain a smooth, easy, and well-organized arrangement for your amazing trip.

A. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 45 days or more before the tour: 100% refund of the deposit.

  • 30–44 days before the tour: 50% refund of the deposit.

  • 15–29 days before the tour: 75% of the deposited amount is forfeited.

  • 14 days or less before the tour: Full deposit is forfeited.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of serious illness or unforeseen emergencies and will be assessed individually.
