A Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate may be required if arriving from or transiting through a country with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission.

Travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.
This safari involves extended game drives and getting in and out of safari vehicles. Participants should have a reasonable level of mobility and general fitness.
Children are welcome; however, some lodges and camps may have minimum age restrictions (typically 6–12 years) or specific policies for game drives.
Soft-sided luggage is required for safari vehicles and domestic flights. Baggage on internal flights is generally limited to 15 kg (33 lbs), including hand luggage.
Plastic carrier bags are prohibited in Tanzania. Please bring reusable alternatives.
Travelers should carry any required personal medications in their hand luggage, along with copies of prescriptions if necessary.

Domestic flight fares, airport taxes, park entry fees, and government levies are subject to change without prior notice. Any increases imposed by the relevant authorities will be passed on to the client.
Passenger Information
Please pack only soft-sided luggage, as it is required for safari vehicles and internal flights.
All passengers must carry a valid passport or national identification document for internal flights and park entry.
Baggage allowance on domestic flights is 15 kg (33 lbs) per person, including hand luggage. Excess baggage will incur additional charges payable directly to the airline at check-in.
Travelers entering Tanzania may be required to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, depending on their country of origin or travel history.
Plastic bags are prohibited in Tanzania. Visitors are advised not to bring or use plastic carrier bags during their visit.
Important Notes
Rates are based on the applicable travel season. Bookings that span different pricing seasons will be prorated accordingly. Please reconfirm the final rate with our reservations team at the time of booking.
Single Room Policy: Most lodges and camps allow a maximum of four (4) single rooms per group, including the tour leader's room. Any additional single rooms beyond this limit will be charged at the full double-room rate.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees will be applied in accordance with the policies of the hotels, lodges, camps, airlines, and other service providers included in your booking. Any non-refundable costs incurred at the time of cancellation will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier cancellation charges, administrative fees, and any non-recoverable expenses. No refunds will be issued for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
