Credits System: Purchasing, Using & Managing Credits
How the credit system works for overage payments and AI action resets.

What Are Credits?
Credits are a prepaid balance that can be used for overage payments (when you exceed your monthly inquiry limit) and for resetting your AI action counter mid-cycle.
Purchasing Credits
Go to Billing and click "Top Up Credits". Choose from preset amounts ($50, $100, $250, $500) and confirm the purchase. Credits are charged to your payment method on file.
How Credits Are Used
- Inquiry overage — When you receive more inquiries than your plan allows, credits are used to unlock additional inquiries
- AI action resets — If you run out of monthly AI actions, you can purchase a reset with credits
Credit Balance
Your current credit balance is displayed on the Billing page. Credits do not expire and carry over between months.
