Managing Your Subscription: Upgrading, Downgrading & Canceling

How to change your subscription plan or cancel your subscription.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade, go to Billing and click "Change Plan". Select a higher tier and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Make sure your usage (tours, team members) fits within the lower plan's limits before downgrading.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel from the Billing page. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it reverts to the free Explorer plan with its limitations.

Canceling a Pending Downgrade

If you scheduled a downgrade but change your mind, you can cancel it from the Billing page before it takes effect.

Grace Period

If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before your subscription is suspended.
