Managing Tour Drafts, Submitting for Review & Publishing

Understanding the tour lifecycle from draft to published listing.

Tour Lifecycle

Every tour on Explola goes through a lifecycle: Draft → Submitted for Review → Approved → Published.

Working with Drafts

You can save a tour as a draft at any time during creation. Drafts are not visible to travelers and can be edited freely. Your work is auto-saved periodically to prevent data loss.

Submitting for Review

When your tour is ready, click "Submit for Review". Our team will check the listing for completeness, accuracy, and quality. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

After Approval

Once approved, your tour is automatically published and becomes visible to travelers. You can toggle the published status on or off at any time from the tour detail page.

Making Changes to Published Tours

You can edit published tours at any time. Changes take effect immediately — there is no additional review for edits to already-approved tours.
