Creating a Quote
From any inquiry, click "Create Quote" to start building a detailed proposal for the traveler.
Quote Components
A complete quote includes:
- Itinerary — Day-by-day breakdown of the safari experience
- Pricing — Total cost with itemized breakdown if desired
- Inclusions — What is included (accommodation, meals, transport, etc.)
- Exclusions — What is not covered (flights, tips, personal expenses)
- Terms — Payment terms, cancellation policy, etc.
Sending the Quote
Once your quote is ready, click "Send Quote". The traveler receives an email with a link to view the quote online. They can accept or decline the quote directly from the link.
Tracking Quote Status
Monitor quote statuses from your dashboard: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Accepted, or Declined.
