Using Tour Templates
Instead of building every quote from scratch, you can load an existing tour as a template. This pre-fills the itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions from the selected tour.
How to Load a Template
- Start creating a new quote from an inquiry
- Click "Load from Tour" at the top of the quote form
- Select one of your existing tours from the dropdown
- The quote form is pre-filled with the tour's itinerary and details
- Customize the content for the specific traveler
Customizing After Loading
After loading a template, you can modify every field. Adjust the itinerary to match the traveler's dates, change pricing, add or remove days, and personalize the proposal.
