30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Bookings made within 7 days of travel require a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of the required deposit.
Park fees and government charges are subject to change.
A packed lunch is included for the day safari.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before travel: Cancellation may qualify for a refund of recoverable payments, less any non-refundable costs and applicable charges.
15–30 days before travel: Partial refund may be available after deducting non-refundable costs.
7–14 days before travel: Refunds may be limited due to prepaid safari services and park fees.
Less than 7 days before travel: Payments are generally non-refundable.
No-show: No refund will be provided.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies and trip interruptions.
