Booking Information
Booking Terms
Booking Confirmation: All bookings require a 30% deposit of the total trip cost. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing. Fees are as follows:
More than 30 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
15-30 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost is refundable.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Changes to ItineraryKilimanjaro Winners and Safaris may modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of changes promptly.
Health and Fitness RequirementsParticipants must be in good health and fit for the hike. A medical certificate may be required.
Liability WaiverAll participants must sign a waiver acknowledging the risks of trekking and releasing Kilimanjaro Winners and Safaris from liability.
Travel InsuranceComprehensive travel insurance covering trekking, medical emergencies, and cancellations is strongly recommended.
Equipment and GearParticipants must provide their own trekking gear. A packing list will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Payment MethodsPayments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or specified methods. Clients are responsible for transaction fees.
Code of ConductParticipants must respect local customs and fellow trekkers. Inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the trek without a refund.
Governing LawThese terms are governed by Tanzanian law. Disputes will be resolved according to Tanzanian law.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms:
Over 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
29 to 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total cost.
14 days or less before departure: No refund.

Cancellation requests must be in writing to our customer service team.
We advise purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
If a hike is canceled due to extreme weather or safety concerns, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your hike.
