On the Mountain we use Tents in Public Camping Areas and you will have 2 Nights accommodation in a Hotel in Moshi/ Arusha before and after trek.

Special Requirements:

Participants should be in good physical condition and prepared for high-altitude trekking. Comprehensive travel insurance, including emergency evacuation and medical coverage, is strongly recommended. A valid passport and any required visas for Tanzania are the responsibility of the traveler. Personal trekking gear suitable for cold and varying mountain conditions is required. Climbers should consult their healthcare provider regarding recommended vaccinations and medications before traveling.

Booking Terms

A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid On arrival in Cash. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Kilimanjaro Winners and Safaris.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee. 30–59 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee. 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee. 7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee. Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee. Any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred, such as park permits or accommodation reservations, may also be deducted where applicable.
