During your 5-day safari, you will stay at Great View Lodge in Mto wa Mbu , Tukaone Weaver in the Serengeti area, and Ngorongoro Wild Camp near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. These accommodations provide comfort, relaxation, and convenient access to the main safari destinations.

Reservation: To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour departure date.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

Confirmation: Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Política de cancelación

Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund of the deposit.

  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Cancellation by Natalia Safari Tours: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
