  • Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a detailed confirmation email outlining the agreed itinerary between you and Sundown Expeditions.

  • A booking becomes confirmed once a minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost has been received.

  • The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to the commencement of the tour.

  • For flight reservations, full payment is required before ticket issuance.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and mobile money platforms including Direct Pay Online, M-Pesa, and Airtel Money.

Politique d'annulation

  • 45 days or more before the tour: 100% refund of the deposit.

  • 30–44 days before the tour: 50% refund of the deposit.

  • 15–29 days before the tour: 75% of the deposited amount is forfeited.

  • 14 days or less before the tour: Full deposit is forfeited.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of serious illness or unforeseen emergencies and will be assessed individually.
