The tour includes accommodation at Karibu Heritage House in Arusha on the first and final nights, one night at Kizumba Public Campsite, two nights at Central Serengeti Public Campsite, and one night at Ngorongoro Simba Public Campsite. The Arusha accommodation provides a comfortable stay before and after the safari, while the public campsites offer a simple, close-to-nature experience. Temperatures at the Ngorongoro Crater rim can be particularly cool at night.

Exigences particulières :

Guests should be prepared for basic public-camping facilities, early departures, and long driving distances. Bring comfortable clothing, closed shoes, warm layers, sun protection, insect repellent, a flashlight or headlamp, personal toiletries, and a reusable water bottle. Please provide dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, mobility needs, or other special requests when booking. Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, required visas, and suitable travel insurance.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.

The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.

  • Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged.

  • Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
