The tour includes seven nights of accommodation: three nights at Karibu Heritage House in Arusha, two nights at Kizumba Public Campsite, one night at Central Serengeti Public Campsite, and one night at Ngorongoro Simba Public Campsite. The Arusha accommodation provides a comfortable base before and after the safari, while the public campsites offer a simple, close-to-nature experience. Temperatures at the Ngorongoro Crater rim can be particularly cool at night.

Exigences particulières :

Guests should be prepared for basic public-camping facilities, early departures, and several long driving days. Bring comfortable clothing, closed shoes, warm layers, sun protection, insect repellent, a flashlight or headlamp, personal toiletries, and a reusable water bottle. Please provide dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, mobility needs, or other special requests when booking. Travelers are responsible for valid passports, required visas, and suitable travel insurance.

Conditions de réservation

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.
The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.

  • Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged.

  • Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
