Stay in carefully selected mid-range lodges and tented camps in prime wildlife areas, offering comfortable rooms or tents with proper beds, private bathrooms, hot showers and electricity. Properties are chosen for their convenient locations, quality meals and easy access to early morning and evening photography activities. Accommodation provides a comfortable base for relaxing and reviewing photographs between game drives while maintaining excellent value for money.

Exigences particulières :

Guests should provide valid passport details and any dietary, medical or mobility requirements before booking. Photographers are encouraged to bring suitable camera equipment, spare batteries, memory cards and binoculars. A telephoto lens is recommended for wildlife photography. Comfortable neutral-coloured clothing, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent and sturdy walking shoes are also recommended. Guests should follow the guide’s safety and wildlife photography instructions throughout the safari.

Conditions de réservation

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the safari to secure accommodation, vehicle arrangements, permits and other logistics. The remaining 70% balance is payable before the safari start date. A secure credit-card payment link can be provided upon request. All bookings are subject to availability, and rates may change before confirmation. Safari arrangements are confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Politique d'annulation

Cancellation terms depend on the timing of the cancellation and the applicable policies of accommodation providers, conservancies, parks and other suppliers. Cancellations made well in advance may qualify for a refund, less any non-refundable charges already incurred. Cancellations closer to the safari date may attract higher cancellation fees. No refund will be provided for unused services after the safari has commenced. We recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption and emergencies.
