The tour includes seven nights of mid-range accommodation: one night at Arusha Planet Lodge, one night at Bougainvillea Safari Lodge, two nights at Embalakai Authentic Camps, two nights at Heritage Mara Kogatende, and one night at Marera Valley Lodge. The four Serengeti nights provide time to explore both the central and northern regions.
Exigences particulières :
This seasonal itinerary is best suited to travel from July through October, when the migration herds are typically in northern Serengeti. Their location depends on rainfall and grazing conditions, so Mara River crossings cannot be guaranteed. Please provide flight details, dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, mobility needs, or other requests when booking. Bring comfortable clothing, closed shoes, warm layers, sun protection, and insect repellent. Valid travel documents and suitable travel insurance are required.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.
The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.

Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged.
Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
