Accommodation includes hotel stays in Arusha before and after the trek, with tented camping throughout the Kilimanjaro climb. Mountain nights are spent at designated camps, including Big Tree, Shira 1, Barranco, Karanga, Barafu, Crater, and Mweka. Facilities on the mountain are basic and shared, with Crater Camp offering a remote high-altitude experience near the summit glaciers.
Exigences particulières :
Participants should be in good physical condition and prepared for several days of high-altitude trekking. Proper hiking boots, warm layers, rain protection, gloves, headwear, and suitable mountain gear are essential. Guests should be prepared for cold temperatures, changing weather, and a demanding summit night. Travelers should inform the operator in advance of any medical conditions that may affect participation.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.
The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.

Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged
Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged.
