What Does the Score Reflect?
The health score considers your overall activity and engagement on the platform — things like how actively you manage your listings, how responsive you are to travelers, and how complete your business presence is. It is designed to give you a general sense of how well you are using the platform.
What the Ranges Mean
- 80-100 — Excellent. Your business is highly active and well-positioned on the platform.
- 60-79 — Good. You are doing well, with some room for improvement.
- 40-59 — Fair. Some areas of your presence need more attention.
- Below 40 — Needs attention. Your platform presence may be affecting your visibility and results.
