Click "Analytics" in your operator dashboard sidebar. The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your business performance.

Dashboard Tabs

The analytics dashboard is organized into several tabs:

  • Command Center — High-level overview with key metrics at a glance
  • Audience — Information about who is viewing your tours
  • Traffic — Where your visitors are coming from
  • Tours — Performance metrics for individual tours
  • Performance — Response times and conversion rates
  • Growth — Trends over time
  • Conversions — Inquiry-to-booking conversion tracking

Key Metrics Explained

  • Views — How many times your tours and profile have been viewed
  • Inquiries — Total inquiries received
  • Conversion rate — Percentage of views that result in inquiries
  • Response time — Average time to respond to inquiries

Date Ranges

Use the date picker to view analytics for specific time periods. Compare different periods to identify trends and measure the impact of your actions.
