Why Great Photos Matter

Tours with high-quality photos receive significantly more inquiries. Travelers want to see what they will experience, so invest time in showcasing your best safari moments.

Uploading Photos

When editing a tour, scroll to the Photos section. Click "Upload Photos" to select images from your device. You can upload multiple photos at once. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and WebP.

Photo Requirements

  • Minimum resolution: 1200 x 800 pixels
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB per image
  • Recommended: landscape orientation for the best display
  • Avoid heavily filtered or overly edited images

Reordering Photos

Drag and drop photos to reorder them. The first photo becomes the main tour image displayed in search results and listings, so choose your most compelling shot.

Adding Alt Text

Each photo has an optional alt text field. Adding descriptive alt text improves accessibility and helps search engines understand your images. For example: "Elephants crossing the Mara River at sunrise".

Adding Videos

You can include video links (YouTube or Vimeo) in your tour description to give travelers a richer preview of the experience.

Photo Tips

  • Include a mix of wildlife, landscapes, accommodation, and activity shots
  • Show the diversity of the experience across different days
  • Use natural lighting where possible
  • Include photos of your guides and vehicles to build trust
