What is Lead Scoring?
Lead scoring is an AI-powered feature that helps you prioritize inquiries. Each inquiry is classified as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on how likely the traveler is to book. This saves you time by highlighting your most promising opportunities first.
What the Scores Mean
- Hot — A high-intent inquiry from a traveler who appears ready to book. These deserve your fastest, most personalized response. Aim to reply within a few hours.
- Warm — An interested traveler who is exploring options or needs more information before committing. Respond promptly with helpful details to move them forward.
- Cold — An early-stage inquiry from someone who may be researching or browsing. Respond with general information and keep the conversation open.
How to Score an Inquiry
- Open an inquiry from your Inquiries page
- Click the "Score Lead" button
- The AI analyzes the inquiry and assigns a score
- A brief reasoning summary is provided alongside the score
The score badge appears on the inquiry card for quick reference when browsing your inquiry list.
Using Scores to Work Smarter
- Prioritize your queue — Sort or filter inquiries by lead score to tackle the hottest leads first
- Match effort to opportunity — Invest more time crafting detailed, personalized proposals for hot leads
- Do not ignore cold leads — Some cold leads warm up with the right follow-up. A friendly, informative reply can start a conversation.
- Assign strategically — Route hot leads to your most experienced team members
Scoring Costs
Each lead score generation uses one AI action credit. Scoring is available on plans that include AI actions (Essential and above).
