Inquiry Statuses

Each inquiry moves through several statuses as you work with the traveler:

  • New — A fresh inquiry that needs your attention
  • In Progress — You are actively working with the traveler
  • Quote Sent — You have sent a formal quote
  • Won — The traveler has accepted and the booking is confirmed
  • Lost — The traveler has decided not to proceed
  • Spam — Irrelevant or fraudulent inquiries

Receiving Inquiries

When a traveler submits an inquiry for one of your tours or your company, you receive an email notification and the inquiry appears in your dashboard. Respond quickly to increase your conversion rate.

Inquiry Details

Each inquiry includes the traveler's name, email, travel dates, group size, budget range, and a personal message. Use this information to craft a tailored response.

Assigning Inquiries

If you have team members, you can assign inquiries to specific people. Go to the inquiry detail page and use the "Assign" dropdown to select a team member.

Adding Notes

Use the internal notes feature to record important details about the inquiry. Notes are only visible to your team, not to the traveler.
