Editing Your Company Profile & Submitting Changes
How to update your company information and submit changes for review.

Accessing Your Profile
Navigate to Company Profile in the operator dashboard sidebar. Here you can view and edit all of your company information.
Making Changes
Edit any field on your profile page. Changes to your company description, contact information, and other details are saved as pending changes until submitted for review.
The Pending Changes System
To maintain quality across the platform, profile changes go through a review process:
- Make your desired changes on the profile page
- Click "Submit Changes for Review"
- Our team reviews the changes (typically within 1-2 business days)
- Once approved, your updated profile goes live
Discarding Changes
If you change your mind before submitting, you can click "Discard Changes" to revert to your current live profile.
What Changes Require Review
Most profile content changes require review, including company name, description, and contact details. Minor updates like social media links are typically approved quickly.
