Why Documents Matter

Verified business documents help establish trust with travelers and are required for company approval. They demonstrate that your business is legitimate and properly licensed.

How to Upload Documents

1. Go to Documents in your operator dashboard sidebar
2. Click "Upload Document"
3. Select the document type (tourism license, business registration, insurance, etc.)
4. Choose the file from your computer (PDF, JPG, or PNG format)
5. Click "Upload"

Supported Document Types

• Tourism license — Government-issued tourism operating permit
• Business registration — Company incorporation or registration certificate
• Insurance certificate — Liability or travel insurance documentation
• Other certifications — Industry memberships, safety certifications, etc.

Document Verification

After uploading, our team will verify your documents. Verified documents display a green badge on your profile, increasing traveler confidence in your business.

Updating Expired Documents

When a document expires, upload the renewed version. You can delete old documents and replace them with updated ones at any time.
