Add team members to your company account and control what they can access.

Team Management Overview
Explola allows you to invite team members to help manage your business. Each member gets their own login and can be assigned a specific role that controls what they can see and do.
Available Roles
- Owner — Full access to everything, including ownership transfer
- Admin — Almost all permissions except ownership transfer
- Manager — Can manage tours, inquiries, quotes, reviews, and team members
- Sales Agent — Can handle inquiries, manage quotes, and view analytics
- Accountant — Read-only access to dashboard, quotes, analytics, and billing
- Viewer — Read-only access to dashboard, tours, inquiries, and reviews
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Team in your operator dashboard sidebar
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address and select a role
- They will receive an email invitation to join your company
Managing Existing Members
You can change a member's role, resend invitations, or remove members from the Team page. Only users with appropriate permissions can manage team members.
Team Size Limits
The number of team members you can have depends on your subscription plan. Check the Billing page to see your current plan limits and upgrade if needed.
