Requesting Reviews from Past Clients

How to send review request links to your past safari clients.

Sending Review Requests

Go to Reviews → Review Requests in your dashboard. Click "Send Request" and enter the client's name and email address.

Bulk Review Requests

You can also send review requests to multiple clients at once using the bulk request feature. This is great for catching up on reviews from past clients.

From Inquiries

You can also request a review directly from a completed inquiry. Open the inquiry and click "Request Review" to send a review link to the traveler.

Best Practices

  • Send review requests within 1-2 weeks after the safari ends
  • Personalize your request if possible
  • Do not send multiple requests to the same person
  • Follow up once if they have not responded after a week

Tracking Requests

Monitor the status of your review requests (Pending, Completed, Expired) from the Review Requests page.
