Why Respond to Reviews

Responding to reviews shows potential travelers that you value customer feedback. It is especially important to respond to both positive and negative reviews professionally.

How to Respond

  1. Go to Reviews in your dashboard
  2. Click on the review you want to respond to
  3. Write your response in the text field
  4. Click "Submit Response"

AI-Assisted Responses

Click "Generate Response" to have the AI draft a professional response based on the review content. This is especially helpful for crafting thoughtful replies to negative reviews. Review and personalize before submitting.

Tips for Great Responses

  • Thank the traveler for their feedback
  • Be specific — reference details they mentioned
  • For negative reviews, acknowledge concerns and explain how you are addressing them
  • Keep responses professional and courteous
  • Avoid generic copy-paste responses
