The tour includes six nights of mid-range accommodation: one night at Arusha Planet Lodge, one night at Bougainvillea Safari Lodge, three nights at Embalakai Authentic Camps, and one night at Marera Valley Lodge. The three-night Serengeti stay provides additional time for wildlife viewing without changing accommodation each day.
Special Requirements:
Please provide your arrival and departure details, dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, mobility needs, or other special requests when booking. Bring comfortable clothing, closed shoes, sun protection, insect repellent, and warm layers for cooler mornings and the Ngorongoro highlands. Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, required visas, and suitable travel insurance.
Booking Information
Booking Terms
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the tour and begin the necessary booking processes and ground preparations. An invoice will be sent to the client together with the payment instructions.
The final balance payment of the tour booked is required to be paid not later than 20 days before the tour starts. Bookings made within 20 days prior to the arrival date should be paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received 30 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged.
Cancellation received 15 days before the tour starts: 30% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
Cancellation received 10 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation received within 48hrs before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged.
